They should be saying ‘my eye became Nephrops norvegicus’ or simply, lobster! I really have a rich taste when you enjoy me alone, but also when I accompany, in a unique way, gastronomic dishes with rice or pasta. My soft flesh has the unique gift of infusing a sea aroma into all the accompaniments of the dishes where I star! For many, I am the equal of lobster, and not without reason, as I am considered the queen of seafood.”
