REDFISH
You can call me Sebastes Marinus Mantella, but for friends and believe me I’ve got many, I’m just redfish. Personally speaking, I polish off my plate and for this reason I’ve got rich and chubby flesh. I love diving in hot soup or lying around in an oven tray in the company of greens and herbs. I really like bathing in steam in the company of vegetables as well. People say I’m a kind of fish rich in nutrients and low in fat. If you manage me imaginatively then, I can offer you dishes of high gastronomy
