No, I wasn’t born as a convertible, but the people at the company LAGAKIS K. and CO. decided that for some specific tasty dishes, this form of mine is the best. What do I mean? I’m referring to recipes where the involvement of hands is a must. For example, in saganaki, where seafood lovers dip me in lemony juice or in red sauce. I also have a special weakness for those who love grilling. There, my best friends become lemon and the ‘slurping’ sounds of enjoyment. Something similar happens, of course, with those who decide to try me steamed in the kitchen!
